The Vibe

It caters for a lot of different types of clientele, without ever making any section of it feel pushed out. If you are after some pizza, Love & Rockets is one of the best places for pizza in the South of the city. If you are after just a relaxed atmosphere for a few drinks with friends, or a lively post-work drink with some live music on, Love and Rockets has that too. The Food

The stonebaked pizza made with fresh sourdough base, are the best thing on the menu at Love & Rockets, and what most people who have been here will rave about. The crispy base and generous toppings make it one of the most popular places for pizza in the whole of Liverpool, but definitely in this part of the city. Alongside staple classics, such as pepperoni, mushroom and rocket, and margherita, you’ll also find the interesting ‘Cheeseboard’ pizza with crackers and onion marmalade, the sloppy joe, and the Texan BBQ. Aside from the great pizza range, you can also get a pretty big breakfast feed here, and tuck into burgers, hot dogs, ribs and wings, loaded fries, and bar snacks for the ages.

The Price

Loaded fries, piled high with toppings, for under a fiver, delicious small plates for around the same price. Dogs for £6 or £7, and burgers between £8 and £10. The stonebaked pizzas are priced between £8 and £12 (with a big 18-inch pizza to share only £18!). You can also get a big breakfast for under a tenner at Love and Rocket.
