Tucked away on the lower level of Liverpool ONE, surrounded by bigger bar spaces, it’s fair to call Bill’s a bit of a hidden gem; but once you step inside you’re going to find some of the finest food in the city.
After that, it’s your choice whether you share that secret with anyone else!

The Food & Drink

As you look across the Bill’s menu, you’ll see options including breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, seasonal; it’s fair to say Bill’s do it all! Thankfully, a broad range of options doesn’t lead to a lack of expertise. Whether you’re looking at a fish dish, a vegetarian choice, a sumptuous dessert or a succulent steak, they serve up an absolute treat.
Like we said, whether it’s salad or sweets, steak or sides, or a bit of everything, you can’t go wrong with any of the dishes on offer at Bill’s. Whether you’re looking to drop by for a light bite and quick drink, or want to book in for a slap up meal for your extended family, Bill’s can cater to all tastes with the same quality.
They also provide a range of wines, beers and cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks, so they can cater to all tastes.

The Cost

Bill’s is a somewhat premium option, so you’re looking in the range of £6-8 for a starter, £10-12 salad, burger and fish options, then around £15-20 for a steak dish. All of these are well worth sampling though, as they truly know how to pair some awesome flavours, from the spiced cauliflower and butternut squash falafel bowl to the roast chicken with garlic, chilli and spicy mayo.

We’re not sure exactly who Bill is, but boy sure knows how to cook and he’s passed that on to the staff at his restaurants around the country.

The Bottom Line

If you’re looking for a trusted food and drink option for a date, a family birthday or a work night out, Bill’s definitely gives you a touch of class and a taste of fine dining.
With its location just across the road from the docks, opposite the Hilton and directly beneath a range of bars at Liverpool ONE, it really is perfectly placed to play a big role in a top night out.
